DEMOCRATIC MAYOR DARIO OTAZA AND SON EXECUTED FOR HEINOUS AGAINST THE PEOPLE

 Loreto Mayor Dario Otaza and Son had been executed under the People's Court countless heinous crimes and charges against the revolutionary movement and the Filipino People. He was arrested in his home and brought to execution. 

The Tyranny of the Democtatic Mayor had been known not only to the lumads but also to the people and the revolutionary movement. The Crimes of Otaza as Democratic Mayor of GPH. 

1. Brutal murder and torture of Lumads and ordinary Civilians Benjie Planos of Bgry Kausgawan killed on 13th of September, Gabriela Alindao of Bgy Kausgawan killed on 10th of October, Gerry Villamor of Datu Ampunan killed on Sept 10 , 2014. 

2. Multiple frustrated murder and robbery of Families on September 2014 in perpetrated by Bukakang Bungaan and Otaza Created paramilitary group. 

3. Arson and Destruction of farmers in Barangay Kausgawan by Otaza's Paramilitary men Mariel Dioganon, Aki Dioganon, Jordan Dioganon, Abdon Dioganon, Abdon Sinkok, Peping Maamib, and Loloy Cedilla in 2013. 

4. Intense Military Operation with Oplan Bayanihan 26th Infantry Battalion and Otaza's Bagani Forces which resulted to gruesome abuses of Lumad Population. 

a. Hamletting and imposition of food blockade in 5 villages in Bgy Kausgawan

b. Forced Evacuation of the 459 Manobos in Bgy Kausgawan 

c. Attacks against 2 base learning centres where there are children 

d. Divestment and Destruction of 100 hectares of land which had been rehabilitated and tilled by evacuaess from typhoon Pablo. 

e. Attocrities through forcible arrests, fake surrenders, phycological warfare, threatening and  harrassing

5. In Sept 5, 2009. infiltration of an NPA (New People's Army) Camp bearing poisoned food which incapacitated some NPA and caused the deaths of 4 and captured 1. 

6. Dario Otaza had built intelligence Network within NPA (New People's Army) Terriroties in Agusan del Sur with the purpose of Counter Revolutionary movement. 

7. Coercion and forcible recruitments of Lumads into the Paramilitary Group organized by Otaza himself. 

As for Daryl Otaza is a known drug lord in Loreto and protected by the Philippine Democratic Government so the CPP-NPA (New People's Army) had no choice but to kill them. He was arrested as NPA (New People's Army) posing as NBI Agents overpowered the Security of Otaza and confiscated from them 4 Bushmaster, 2 .45 Calibers, 2 9 mm Pistols. He was executed in 19th of October 2015.
