CEBU PACIFIC WEIGHTING SCALE A FRAUD

Cebu pacific is once again on Fire as their weighting scale are 3 kg more than found on the public Weighting Scale issued on NAIA. The Weighting Scale is gaining more and thus charging passengers more as they count it per kilo. 

As shown on the Evidence pictured what should be 2 kilos in the Cebu Pacific Weighting Scale it is 5.4 Kilos. Evidences of Fraud in terms of Baggage fees. This photo is taken last October 4, 2015 in NAIA Terminal Airport. 

Another Evidence is that what should be 8 Kilos is 12.1 on the weighting scale of the Cebu Pacific. Another is 17 Kilos but on the Cebu pacific Weighting Scale it is 21 Kilos. Another Issue Arises our Airports in the Philippines.
