SARGEANT BENGIL ARRESTED IN AGUSAN DEL SUR

Sargeant Bengil was arrested on another Checkpoint setup by NPA (New People's Army) on Revolutionary Towns. The incident happened Km 16 Bgy Policarpio San Luis Agusn del Sur.

Sargeant Adriano Delapena Bengil (Serial Number 831966) was arrest last 19th of September 2015. He is from the 1st Civilian Armed Auxiliary (CAA).
