International Oil Price Drops anew and with a big drop. Chinese and Russian is now Dominating and thus leading the world oil production. Oil is now getting cheaper and cheaper as newer and newer technologies begin to replace oil.

China and Russia had a cooperation of developing fuels and technologies replacing fossil fuels and oil. There had been several prototypes and improvements done by Russian and Chinese Government.
