BENJIE AGARAO A SHAMEFUL DEMOCRATIC OFFICIAL

Benjie Agarao is seen dancing with the playgirls and as Philippine Democratic Officials he is shown being sexually active and immoral. The Playgirls had been invited by Tolentino and the true colours of Benjie is shown. 

Agarao is one of the Clans in the Philippine Democratic Government. He is one of the members of the Political Dynasty in his province. Like leeches sipping away the people's money. In this scene, the true colours of the Democratic Official is shown. 

Due to this, the Democratic LP (LIberal Party) used Tolentino as Scapegoat to wash their hands off as their true colours had been shown. Agarao is also one of the Democratic Officials who had stolen from the Filipino People through Pork Barrel.
