26th INFANTRY BATTALION COUNTER ATTACKED BY NPA

26th Infantry Battalion was attacked and ambushed by NPA (New People's Army) and lost many of their men in the battle. The Civil War had been raging on between the Philippine Democratic Forces and the Communist Party.
The Incident Happened in Barangay Policarpio San Luis killing 2 immediately and Followed by Several others. The Attack was due to the attempt to assault onto the Revolutionary Town now controlled by the Communist Party of the Philippines.
