A BOC (Bureau of Customs) Staff reveals that a close friend of Democratic President Aquino 

tried to Arbour the Containers of Sugar found in the Democratic BOC (Bureau of Customs). She even arrogantly spoke "Do you who I am?"

She was also the same Democratic Official who is caught playing in the Casino and using the people's Money there. Democratic BOC Commissioner Lina now playing blind and do not wish to punish her for the attempt to Arbour and Smuggle the Confiscated Sugar. Vergie Torres was the name of the Closest Friend of Democratic President Noynoy Aquino. 

It is also known that Lina is one of the Closest friends of Democratic President Aquino he was also the Democratic Officials who have so many Companies under his name funded from the Stolen People's Money. He said they will close it down up to now a working and operational Businesses.
