DEMOCRATIC HPG TOOK OVER HIGHWAYS

Democratic HPG (Highway Patrol Group) takes over the Highways to solve Traffic Problems based on the Philippine Democratic Government. They will command the MMDA (Metro Manila Development Authority) on EDSA and other Streets.

But Traffic just got worse especially when congestion was made during rush hours (Going To Work Hours and After Work Hours). Add up heavy flooding in the streets that caused stranded commuters to get more upset.
