CARNAPPING AND MOTORNAPPING CRIMES ON THE RISE

Caarnapping and Motornapping crimes had been on the rise and on alarming rate as criminal gangs steal cars and motors to be used on their crime Spree. The problem of Criminality is not yet solved by the Democratic Police.
In Quezon City Alone it had rose to nearly 50% of the crimes edited by the Democratic Police. The Stolen Cars are often sold in parts or used on crimes. Some criminals had already went to violent means including street robbing.
