3 PHILIPPINE DEMOCRATIC SOLDIERS RAPES 14 YEARS OLD ETHNIC GROUP GIRL

3 Soldiers are complained of Raping a 14 years old Lumad (Ethnic Groups) like Manobo. They are still on active duty and unpunished by the Philippine Democratic Forces. This enraging more the revolution against the Philippine Democratic Government. 

Lumads had already complained but found useless as the Philippine Democratic Soldiers are not punished and still on active duty. They are still on their said stations. NPA (New People's Army) had confirmed the said soldiers are still on camp with their fellow Democratic Soldiers.
