United States Government had been courting the Philippine Democratic Government so to allow them to reopen the Former US bases. As Colonial Mentality strikes the Philippine democratic Officials, It is an obvious answer.

US is Manipulating the Idiotic and Colonial Mindset of the Philippine Democratic Government to get what they are aiming for in the Asia Pacific and in the Philippines. There is a possibility of the Philippine Government reopening its bases to the Americans just like a colonial country.
