PHILIPPINE DEMOCRATIC FORCES AIMS TO GUNS AND SHIPS

Despite the spent Millions of Dollars given by United States to the Philippine Democratic Government to buy and modernize the Philippine Armed Forces, the money still into the personal use and personal luxurious life style of the Philippine Democratic Generals. 

The Money given by the United States was for the modernization but the money was once again stolen by the Philippine Democratic Government Military Officials especially the Generals. Just like what their Democratic Colleagues does on the people's money on the Democratic Senate, Congress, and others. 

It is very evident from the way the Philippine Democratic Generals lived and how lavish their life style were.
