CHAPTER THIRTY ONE 

BLIND JUSTICE

It was one morning in Mid of August near our Moon Cake Festival in our Chinese Lunar Year when another political case was handed to the desk of my comrade. My Comrade as a mutli achieving Lawyer knows the dos and the don't of Justice System under the Democratic Justice System. He knows the Illness and Bad Habits of the Democratic Social Justice System. 

I was also one of the Financiers of the Law Firm of my Comrade and as a financier of the law firm, I have the right to visit the Firm and mind its Business. Once I visited it and saw a man came to my comrade's Office and he was bringing along some paper. The paper was a law suit against a Philippine  Democratic Official here in Metro Manila. This persona under the Philippine Democratic Government had a high position. Not a small man in the Democratic Government. 

My Comrade Read the paper and from top to bottom understand what he was sueing with. 

I was just in front of his seat and Comrade asked the man," What do you want to happen, Sir?" The Man Answered," I want to sue *******for plundering our funds and I have evidences." My Comrade calmly asked again,"Do you know this Official under the Philippine Democratic Government?"

He answered yes and My Comrade Passed me the paper and document pertaining to the sueing of the Philippine Democratic Officials. He looked at me and that look I know what he meant to say. I am not saying anything first because first of all I am not a lawyer who is familiar with his cases. Second, I am second Opinion as a Financier. 

My Comrade Asked me,"Comrade, Shall we take the case?"

I did not answer at first and stood up. I looked out the window and though for awhile. I answered,"Mister, Are you ready for what you are facing? Are you reading the newspapers?" The Man answered,"Yes, and I am." I responded to his answer,"Do you know that the personas you are sueing can use his influence under the rotten Philippine Democratic Government to tear you piece by piece until you have nothing left?" 

The man Answered me," No, I don't know that."

I told him,"Very Well, I will tell you everything here. Trust me it will happen." I Continued,"Before you answer me of taking this Case against those bloody bastards, I will tell you all that will happen in Chronological Order." I said First of all The Justice System under the Philippine Democratic Government will not read this case and prolong it. Second, if you insisted they will read it but they will force you to face these bastards. By that time you will be endanger and these bastards are like monarchs and lords they get away with it. Fourth, As a response to your fight against them they will contact every colleagues they have in the Philippine Democratic Government to tear you up piece by piece. Until he has nothing left to live with. 

My Comrade then added,"What my comrade said is true. These are just for starters for what these bastards can do to you. It is useless to sue these bastards under the Philippine democratic Government justice system." He continued,"The Philippine Democratic Government is like a Monarchy Government hiding under the name of Democracy."  

The Man then commented,"So what are my choices?"

My Comrade Said,"Most commonly cases we take are labour. But You have two choices." he continued,"One, Continue believing on these bloody demons they will give you justice and prepare your own  grave. Two, I will give you a book about Karl Marx and read it. If you have any questions come to us and we will teach you. Take up arms and revolt against the Philippine Democratic Government. "

I told him too," Join the revolution against the Philippine Democratic Government and topple it down. It is your own way to get the Justice you sought." The Man asked," How to do it?" My Comrade Answered,"Join the revolution. We will help you avenge this Justice but we will teach you everything about our ideology and why your fight is also the fight of the entire Filipino People."
