DEMOCRATIC BOI REPORT SUBMITTED AND RELEASED TO THE PUBLIC

Democratic BOI (Bureau of Inquiries) had so many things being covered up and the story inside had something missing. In the report it pinpoints Aquino as not following the Chain of Command and the main role of Purisima even if he was no longer the Democratic Police Chief.

One part that is not inclusive is that the Philippine Democratic Government should not enter into the Bangsamoro area. That they are intruding into a foreign territory not of Philippine Soil. The Report is biased to the Philippine Democratic Government.
