RUSSIA CREATES ITS OWN PAYMENT SYSTEMS

Russian Government Central Bank had created a very own Russian Payment System under the leadership and guidance of the Russian Socialist Government headed by Vladimir Putin. This is in response to repeated threats of Western Partners to disconnect Russia from Swift.

The Payment System will be covering transactions in China, and other countries aside from EU (European Union) and United States. Russian Government will cooperate with the Chinese Government.
