ISIS Kills Japanese Hostage after the Japanese Government refused to pay the ransom asked by the ISIS. Japanese Government is building up military so Money is an important to the Japanese Government. The Re Militarization of Japan is one of the top Priorities of Japan.

ISIS is asking for USD250 Million per hostage inexchange for their release but the Japanese Government refused due to the limited money supply of Japan and its top priority which is the re militarization of Japanese Nation.
