RUSSIA MAY ADJUST BUDGET SAID PRIME MINISTER MEDEVED

Russian Prime Minister Medeved said Putin and the entire Russian Government may adjust Budget and may be a big help to the Russian Government under the Russian Communist Socialist Party.

The Budget will include Economic Ties with China, Military Budget, and others. The Russian Government will also adjust on the Lowest Oil Price that could help Russian Oil and Gas export. Prime Minister of Russia Medeved is the counterpart of Chinese Li Ke Qiang in the CPC (Communist Party of China).

This is also with the nod and permission of Vladimir Putin.
