QING HAI REACHED LOWEST TEMPERATURE LEVEL IN MODERN HISTORY

Qing Hai reached the lowest Temperature of -45 Degrees Celcius to -75 Degrees Celcius. Freezing every land and every river and lake in the Province. This is the Lowest Temperature since 1961.

In 1961 the lowest temperature only reached up to -40 Degrees Celcius. Making Qing Hai Area one of the coldest and frozen cold areas of China. Much colder than Northeastern China.
