As European and American Banks Downsizes Anew due to Economic Recession and Effects of Sanctions imposed on Russia, Chinese and Russian Banks grew as China and Russia Cooperates with each other.

Banks are deficiting and downsizing as the EU (European Union) Economic Conditions are weakening and downsizing along with American Economy.
