DEMOCRATIC POLICE ALLOWANCE DELAYED DUE TO INTERNAL AFFAIRS PROBLEMS

Democratic Police Allowance set for the cordon for Pope Francis had delayed on receiving their allowances and thus complained Some had received and some hadn't. Democratic Police had fired the scapegoat for their crimes. 

A lady officer for the democratic Police holding and distributing the Money and allowances of the Democratic Police became their scapegaot and got fired from the work in Democratic Police. Thus trying to cover the High Officials of the Philippine Democratic Police. But in reality the Philippine Democratic Police Senior and Junior Officers had put their money on the pockets of the Generals and other Junior Officers.
