CHINESE MILITARY BASE IN SOUTH CHINA 50% COMPLETE

A Man Made Island in the South China Sea is 50% complete where Chinese forces can land and use it as a forward base in the Chinese waters. The Island is almost done and when its done it will be a formidable fortress that can house navy ships, helicopters, and aircrafts. 

Chinese Government is speeding up the Work and it is already being prepared to house the PLA (People's Liberation Army). It is formidable non floating aircraft carrier which could be several minutes only from the entire South China Sea.
