3 POW FROM DEMOCRATIC GOVERNMENT FORCES CANCELLED

Due to Democratic Forces refusal to withdraw their COPD Operatives in the area, the POW (Prisoner of War) exchange is cancelled. The 3 POW (Prisoner of War) in Surigao del Norte.

PO1 Jorie Amper, PO3 Democrito Polvorosa, and PO1 Marichel Contemplo are the 3 said POW (Prisoners of War) caught by the NPA (New People's Army) fighting for the liberation for the Philippines from the hands of the Democratic Government.

Despite the Negotiations, Democratic Brigadier General Jonathan Ponce head the 402nd Infantry Brigade endagered the lives of the 3 POW (Prisoners of War) along with their relatives and love ones.
