Franklin Drilon a Democratic Government Senator involved on Iloilo Convention Scandal and from his PDAF and DAP. The Kickbacks feed off the family of Drilon and his Dynasty under the Philippine Democratic Government.

He was also one of the most untouchables from the Philippine Democratic Government due to his closeness to Noynoy and despite all the Ill Gotten Wealth he stole Noynoy and the PHilippine Democratic Government is playing blind from his sins.
