DEMOCRATIC ENERGY SEC PETILLA IN CAHOOTS WITH MERALCO AND NOYNOY

Democratic Energy Secretary one of the Cabinet members of the Philippine Democratic President Petilla is in cahoots with Meralco and Noynoy  as an obvious move to use the alibi of energy to give the Philippine Democratic President Emergency Powers. 

The Zarzuela of the Philippine Democratic Government is that the Capitalist Company Meralco will increase so they will have an alibi for a created crisis. Then The Philippine Democratic Government will butt in for emergency but on the lime light they are all in cahoots trying to fool the Filipino People. 

The Energy hike and lack of Energy Alibi is a Zarzuela Show which the Philippine Democratic Government wants to play in front of the Filipinos and tries to fool the masses with this theatrical Zarzuela. Petilla is also believed to have kickbacks and financial benefits from Meralco as it monopolized and Abuses the power of pricing.
