SU-35 INCREASES CHINESE PLA AIR FORCE MIGHT

As part of the Chinese-Russian Government agreement, Chinese Government would be purchasing from Russia 20 units of Su-35. Russia in return will buy Chinese Armaments worth the same value. The Chinese-Russian Government cooperation is indeed increasing. 

More cooperation on Military Technology between Russia and China is on going and on research. Su-35 is known to have the ability to attack and its missile technology can be upgraded.
