CHILDREN STEALS METAL FROM TRUCKS AND STREETS

Children also known as "Gagamboys" was seen and caught on video stealing metal bars atop the truck passing through C5. The Boys are within the age of 5 to 12. They are selling these steel to many of the junk shops for money. 

Philippine Democratic Police said they cannot do anything because they cannot these boys. This is the Nth Time these boys are striking on trucks and anything they could hit on. As these boys grows up on stealing things, many of the Filipino people said these boys are robbers on the making.
