VIETNAM APOLOGIZES FOR RIOTS AND DEATHS

Vietnamese Spokesperson talked to Li Ke Qiang and in front of the Media apologized for the senseless riots and deaths of some Chinese in Vietnam. Vietnam now needs it brother China as its (Vietnam) Economy is dying after the incident.

Vietnam is seeking reconciliation and want to improve economic and political ties with China. Despite its attitude towards some issues. The Communist Party of Vietnam to meet with Communist Party of China Li Ke Qiang.

Philippines under the direct command of United States is courting Vietnam. This fact is also very well aware in the part of China.
