PHILIPPINE DEMOCRATIC FORCES PROMOTES EX NPA FOR BAG MONEY

Philippine Democratic Forces promotes false claims of Ex NPA (New People's Army) just to get the bag money of P5.8 Million. Based on the CPP (Communist Party of the Philippines), the false claims are just small publicity to cover up the thousands of deaths from the Philippine Democratic Forces side. 

CPP (Communist Party of the Philippines) said Eduardo Esteban was falsy claimed was the former head of the Ilocos Cordillera Committee and Communications Bureau of CPP (Communist Party of the Philippines). Esteban now 60 years old was once part of the Machinery of the CPP (Communist Party of the Philippines). Esteban served as a fighter and Cadre for may years but later choose to retire to personal Circumstances. 

Since then Esteban had been living with his family in Ilo ilo. 

Millions of pesos line of money into the pockets of the Philippine Democratic Military Officers whenever they claimed to have arrested someone with a bounty on his head.
