LI KE QIANG: FARMERS ARE NOT SECOND CLASS CITIZENS

CPC (Communist Party of China) Li Ke Qiang said never look at farmers as second Class Citizens and they deserve a long term recognition. He said praising the farmers are irreplacable and indelible part of society. 

Chinese Government will give financial assistance, improve more their income, and help them cope up with the times. They will get the same treatment as those who live on cities.
