NPA KILLS DEMOCRATIC MAYOR OKINLAY FOR COUNTER REVOLUTIONARY

A bullet from the Sniper of the NPA (New People's Army) killed Counter Revolutionary Democratic Mayor Mario Okinlay on the 2nd of July 2014. Okinlay had a convoy of 3 four wheel vehicles, 20 motorcycles, and 50 8th Infantry Battalion  soldiers, 6 police officers, and some civilian employees. 

 Lt Col Landingin was the CO of the 8th Infantry Battalion and Impasug Ong Chief of Police Pinohan was also on board on the way back from Barangay Bontongon. 

Okinlay and the Democratic Soldiers tried to pull the peace and development activities in Impasug Ong Barrios but the hidden agenda was as an counter revolution Strategy. Oplan Bayanihan is consist of Psychological warfare and forced surrender of Civilians, Occupy buildings in Barrios, and putting up checkpoints whereever and whenever they see it fit. 

Democratic Mayor Okinlay gave backing to the 8th Infantry Battalion to stay on Civilian Buildings on Barrios. In some barrios, they starve civilians by unjustly regulating rice procurement to 5 kilos per family per week and violates the freedom of movement by imposing a curfew to farmers to 9 am to 3pm of work time. 

He arrogantly ignored the Revolutionary reminder given to him in 2006 to address the issues the people have raised agaisnst him. He had grabbed land from no less than 50 people promising them compensation but left the poor owners waiting for years as their land become oil plantations. 

During Democratic Elections he hits back people who did not vote him. There is also cases of mishandling civilians threatening them to remain silent. For the poor people and the Filipino People, Justice is served. Democratic Mayor Okinlay's death will serve as a warning to all democratic Officials to stop grabbing lands from the people, suppression of tax payers legitimate demands, witch hunting of politcal rivals and from being plunderers of people's money. The Philippine Democratic Government Justice maybe blind but the Justice system of the Communist Party is not blind.
