CHOPPER ACCIDENT KILLS 16 PERSONNEL IN VIETNAM

A Military Chopper carrying 16 personnel fell and exploded killing all those inside the Helicopter. 10 of them are Agents from the Vietnamese Government. The Chopper incident was indeed a mechanical failure.

The Chopper was a Mi-171 Military Helicopter used by the Vietnamese Armed forces. The incident happened around 8:45 Beijing time.
