16 SOLDIERS KILLED IN DAVAO CITY

The NPA (New People's Army) sub regional command ambushed and killed several soldiers from the 84th  Infantry Battalion and 10th Infantry Division in Purok 1, Baracatan Toril District, Davao City. The incident happened on 8th of July 2014. 

The Surprise Attack immediately killed 16 soldiers and wounded severely 6 others. After the ambush, the NPA (New People's Army) confiscated 1 ARM Stag Bushmaster, 1 M203 Grenade Launcher, 2 Military Packs, 2 vests, 2 Ammunition links to K3 Machine Gun, and 1 GPS (Global Positioning System). 

The Successful offensive slapped hard the face of 10th Infantry Division General Ariel Bernardo boastful statements that the NPA (New People's Army) is thinning, losing ground, and merely 7 towns in Davao Del Norte and Compostela Valley.  The Ambush also refuted last year's claims PDOP (Peace and Development Outreach Program) in Toril and Sta Cruz is enough to disintigrate the Revolution. 

General Bernardo's lies and arrogance is merely to justify the huge budget of the Democratic Forces along with the funds from the Capitalists and mining companies for the ongoing massive operation in Southern Mindanao. Up to now none of these soldiers and Officers wiped out any of the Fronts the Revolution had. More Filipinos are now joining the armed revolution against the Philippine Democratic Government isolating the Democratic Soldiers and the Democratic Government.
