US HAD INTENTIONS OF PUTTING MORE SOLDIERS IN AFGHANISTAN

US Government had intentions and plan to station 20,000 (twenty thousand) soldiers in Afghanistan despite its promise to the Afghan Government it will completely remove its troops from Afghanistan by fourth quarter of 2014. 

US had no intention of fulfilling its words to the Afghan Government and thus planning to add more troops there. NATO Forces also are also with the US Soldiers in Afghanistan.
