Singaporean Overseas Chinese Bank opens in Shanghai Free Trade Zone in Shanghai. With the permission of the CPC (Communist Party of China) to open and invested more than millions of Ren Min Bi.

Singaporean Overseas Chinese Bank is a known banking institution on Singapore and it is a trusted bank. The Chinese Government allowed them to open after investing Millions of Ren Min Bi.
