MIDDLE SEA OIL: LEGAL OIL DEVELOPMENT IN XI SHA

The CPC (Communist Party of China) allowed Middle Sea Oil Corporation to make and construct Oil Facilities in Xi Sha. The Middle Sea Oil Corporation Chairman Wang Yi Lin said if the Oil Development Project is disturbed in South China Sea then it is to be protected by the Chinese Government.

The Area is just off the coast of Xi Sha County owned by China. The Oil Development and Construction was often bothered by the Vietnamese Fishing Boats sailing near the Xi Sha Waters which is Chinese waters. It is legal and allowed by the Chinese Government and it is in Chinese waters.
