CHINA: SURRENDER TO US THE PERPETRATORS IN THE LOOTING IN VIETNAM

The Chinese Government through Wang Yi and the Chinese embassy delivered a message to the Vietnamese Government saying "Surrender to us (China) the perpetrators who did the looting to show your sincerity." The Chinese Government is extremely upset on the senseless violence and looting and asked the Vietnamese Government to surrender the perpetrators to the Chinese Authorities.

The Perpetrators will be imprisoned in China and be punished under the laws of the Chinese Government. The Vietnamese Government are sent this message from Beijing and face a terrible consequence for its senseless violence and lootings.

It doesn't matter if it is 200 or 2,000 perpetrators surrender to us the perpetrators and let them answer to the laws of the Chinese Government. Beijing also expressed its disappointments to Vietnam. China wants to find out who is the US Cells among those Protesters whether they are working for the US Government or any Department from any Institution.
