Article VIII

Group of the Party of Grassroots Organizations

Section 1 . Party group was secretly created in each level can be created in the organization of labor and mass organizations of peasants , youth , students, women , cultural workers , professionals , handicraftsmen and others have not at least three members of the Party . Among the responsibilities of this group of Parties implementing the policies and decisions of the Party , strengthening the solidarity activists of non - Party members and the development of close ties between the Party and the masses within the organization

Section 2 . Party members bourgeois institutions broad scope also form a secret group of Parties . Among their responsibilities in implementing the policies and decisions of the Party , gathering information vital to the Party , disclosure of the sins and weaknesses of the exploiting classes and recruitment of Party members from among the urban petty bourgeoisie.

Section 3 . The number of members in the group are determined by the Party committee of the ruling Party in them . Party group at every level of the organization will have mass secretary and deputy secretary .

Section 4 . The status and rights of groups in the National Congress Party and the Party conferences will be determined by the Central Committee
