ARABIAN KEBAB
Kebab is an original Arabian Islamic Dish. It is known all over the Arabian Peninsula as one of the major delicacies in the Arab world. It is one of the Halal certified foods. Simple yet Delicious.
Ingridients:
For Marinade
1/3 of Olive Oil
1/3 of Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp of Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 Cup Honey
2 Cloves Garlic
1 Tbsp of fresh Ginger
Freshly Ground Pepper
For Kebab
1 1/2 lbs of Sirlion Steak
1 Large Pepper
1-2 red Onions
1 lb Button Mushroom
Method/ Processes:
First Step, Mix the marinade and don't forget to add the meat too in the mixing. Fridge it for 30 minutes in the refirgerator. (It can be refrigerated overnight)
Second Step, Soak the Skewers with water to avoid them from burning in the Grill.
Third Step, Cut the vegeatbles into chunks same size as the meat. Put them into the stick becareful not to prick yourself. Prepare the Grill into high direct heat and heat it for 10 minutes and ready to eat.
