TYPHOON SLAMS AND HITS LUZON HARD

Philippines and Luzon was hit hard by the typhoon with a signal number 3 thus flooding all major dams and floods. Manila itself was submerged by heavy rains and overflowing dams. The release of the waters lowered the water level from the major dams in Luzon archipelago. 

The typhoon just fled the Philippines' area of responsibility and went on wards to Taiwan Province and Mainland China.
