TAI CHI: THE MARTIAL ARTS WHICH REGULATES THE BODY

Chinese Martial Arts have been around for centuries and it had proven therapuetical uses. It is used not only as daily exercises to strenghten the body but also to strenghten ones spirit and moral character. It builds and forms ones soul into a social Identity. 

Tai Chi as an exercise for health has a paceful movements, accurate, and precision. It is trained at first through masterization of the movements, and live application of the movements. Accuracy and Precision is trained through shadow boxing and sometimes with using shadows as targets. 

As a combat art, it must be with deadly precision, accuracy, and strenght. 

The movements of Tai Chi is like having a ball of Chi in the centre of the body. Imagine moving it left to right like a ball of Chi and pushing it out by the end of the steps. The same concept as combat, you push, you counter, and you block opponents thus striking them with a heavy blow. 










To us Chinese there is no competition between whose martial arts is stronger. Each one of these like humans had their own strenghts and weaknesses. So it is not about who is stronger but on how daily do you train on these martial arts to become a master.
