TEACHERS' AIM FOR HIGHER WAGES

Teachers wanted a higher pay for the following year and based on ACT (Alliance of Concerned Teachers), the teachers want additional salaries for their jobs in the elections every six years. During the previous administrations, the teachers are serving 1000 (one thousand) voters on elections.

Currently PCOS Machines replaces teachers and displaced more than nine teachers per classroom. Nowadays election became electronic and fitted into one classroom only. This is one of the best advantages of technology. Making work easier but to some unskilled workforce it is a sign their services no longer required.
