PANASONIC PURCHASES SANYO INC

Panasonic one of the biggest Appliance companies purchased Sanyo for P120 million pesos last month. Panasonic is a Japanese company who is one of the major importers, manufacturers, and distributor. Its Primary products are refrigeraors, aircons, and machineries.

April 1 2012 when finally purchased the shares of Sanyo Philippines for P100 million pesos. Sanyo Philippines suffered a major bankrupcy due to the Bad economy of the Philippines. It's partner China's Haier owned almost 60% of the total shares.
