OUT OF SCHOOL YOUTH

Two months vacation of students is finally coming to an end. When June comes, the very first into our mind is classes and books. From the part of the students, it is the start of another academic year. For a student to be able to pursue his education, of course he should choose an educational institution to enroll.
Most of the students are supported by their parents or relatives in their education, some are given a privilege to enjoy a scholarship program granted by the government and other different institutions. Despite of this, out of school youth in the Philippines is rapidly increasing. Based to statistics around 11 million with ages 6 to 24 are out of school youth. Poverty, lack of supervision by their parents and bad peer influences are factors why there are lots of out of school youth nowadays. We know for a fact that education is very important in our lives, a man’s success depends on his educational attainment, and hard work also counts. Lets face reality, a man for him to be able to get a job should have a good educational background, so how can he get one if he was not able to attend school. So for those students who are given a chance to go to school, do your part and give your best shot.
Not all are given this opportunity to study. So as for the Students in the the start of this academic year we hope that you will strive to do better, we believed that good future awaits you.
