Incoming Democratic President Duterte warned Philippine Telecommunication Companies like

Smart, Sun, Globe to give more faster internet to Filipino Consumers or else he will open a Foreign Provider outcasting them. 

If Sun, Globe, smart, and PLDT will not give what he asked of them he will opening the Internet Market to Huawei a Chinese Company and others which is also an Internet Provider who also had the cheapest in terms of Internet yet fastest around the world.
