DUTERTE: CHINA IS NOT OUR ENEMY

Incoming Democratic President Duterte said in front of Press stating that China is not the enemy and China had long been a friend of the Filipino People since ancient times. His Administration will not see China as its Enemy.

He also promised Chinese Ambassador that Philippines and China will improve its relations and ties with each other.
