CUNANAN SPILLS THE BEANS

Cunanan was found owning ill gotten wealth from the Filipino People including pajero worth 5.5 Million Pesos, a mansion worth 10 Million Pesos. He even spilled the beans about sharing the People's money with the Senators, Congressmen, LGUs (Local Government Units) and Cabinet Members of the Philippine Democratic Government. 

His bank account was seen having 85 Million pesos far beyond the normal salary of a Philippine Democratic Government Employee. His normal salary is P30,000 (thirty thousand pesos). Cunanan also said he will tesitify against the Senators, Congressmen, LGU (Local Government Units), President, and Cabinet Members. 

COA (Commission Of Audit) even stated a normal Senator's salary was only P80,000 (eighty thousand pesos) a month with tax, Congressman's normal Salary was only P65,000 (sixty five thousand pesos) with tax and even if you sum it up it is impossible to make 55 Million in just one or two terms. COA (Commission of Audit) matched the statement of Cunanan. 

But out of Stolen money from the Filipino People the wealth of these Senators, Cabinet Members, LGU (Local Government Unit) and Congressmen reached up to 85 Million which is not possible on their actual salary. He even said TRC handled 6 Billion Pesos worth of money to distributed illegally in the form of PDAF to the Senators, Congressmen, and LGUs (Local Government Units).
