BLACK OUT IN MINDANAO

Another Sinister scheme of the Meralco abusing the monopoly by creating a mass blackout in Mindanao. It took 3 hours before power was restored in Mindanao. ERC (Energy Regulatory Commision) and DOE (Department of Energy) tried to cover up the doings of Meralco.

Almost 90% of Mindanao was out of power and later being covered up by DOE (Department of Energy) Petilla which shows an obvious collaboration between Meralco and the Philippine Democratic Government Agencies.
