201st BRIGADE KILLS NPA PRISONER

201st Brigade and 2nd Infantry Battalion killed Ka Brando (Roberto Kampaner) after being captured in an encounter with the NPA (New People's Army) on the 1st of March 2014. The 201st Brigade never mended the wounds of the wounded red fighter and even tortured him. 

This is a violation of the international rules of combat on political prisoners. Based on the Barangay Santo Nino Official, he was brought to him before taking him to the Hospital in Lopez. Based on the Official, Ka Brando had no fatal wounds and can live. But later that day he ended up a cold body in Magsaysay Hospital in Lopez town. 

Based on the cold body of Ka Brando, there 9 bullet holes and two are on the chest which actually killed him. There are also beating bruises in his body. It is obvious inhumane, reminder of how blood thristy the Philippine Democratic Soldiers are. Ka Brando is considered Hors de Combat(Unable to fight) and captured alive by the AFP (Armed Forces of the Philippines). This is done by 201st Brigade out of desperation to anhilate the NPA (New People's Army). 

Ka Brando and his units was holding free medical on his area when the 201st Brigade harrassed them. He died in the name of liberating the Philippines from the Philippine Democratic Government and its fallacies. He was a Barangay San Diego Gumaca born patriot. 

The revolution will continue in the inspiration given by Ka Brando.
