CPC IMPOSES STRICTER COMMAND OF CHINESE SOUTH CHINA SEA

CPC (Communist Party of China) ordered the PLA (People's Liberation Army) to impose stricter command and control over the Chinese Teritorry South China Sea. All Vessels foreign must ask permission to the Chinese Government. 

CPC (Communist Party of China) said to protect Chinese Territories from Aggressive US Intervention and other foreign nations, it will implement a stricter command and control over the Chinese Territorial South China Sea. 

Fishermen especially from the Philippines must ask permission or they will be arrested for entering the Chinese Waters.
