HU IGNORES NOY'S CALL FOR MEETING

China's Hu jin Tao ignored the Philippine President's call for a meeting in APEC (Asia Pacific Economic Region) instead met with the Russian President. To avoid the shame, Philippine Noynoy just said 'there was still no confirmation of his meeting with Hu JinTao."

In the APEC (Asian Pacific Economic Region), he just shrugged off and landed in Russia yesterday. This act is a big slap in the face for the Philippines.
